Kristoff, a sweet senior dog, was found chained outside in freezing temperatures, left to endure the harsh winter for at least 48 hours. A concerned local citizen called the Humane Society’s hotline, and Animal Control Officers rushed to the scene.

They discovered Kristoff tied to the ground with a doghouse nearby, unable to move far. The temperature was a bone-chilling 17°F, with ice covering the ground.
